Alma, seeing the people become more and more wicked, took himself out of his position as a ruler and went to preach among the people to try to bring them back to Christ. In chapter 5 he asks the people 42 questions that we should ask ourselves. Here are a few:Have I spiritually been born of God?
Do I set an example of Christ?
Have I lost the desire to go against God's will?
Do I remember that Christ paid for my sins?
Do I look forward with an eye of faith, and have faith that I will be resurrected?
